The Feline Comfort Suites and Condos have exploded in popularity sinces we launched them. We worked with feline thought leaders to address the new standard of feline housing. The extruded PVC material we use is waterproof while also providing a comfortable surface for cats. Everything from the doors to the latches to the pass throughs have been tested for low stress for the cat and durability for the facility. There are many options in our standard line to achieve just the housing confirguration you need. Use our configurator to explore different options. The craftsmanship that goes into these runs involves extra welds, clean panel connections, durable latches and strong doors. This not only protects the housed pet but also provides housing that will serve you for decades. The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) is a leader in best practices for feline care and medicine. You can find AAFP practice guidelines for a variety of challenges here. The Stainless Steel Cat Suite had a spacious main living area with an attached 12″W litter area. You can open and close the portals from the outside, and the built-in resting bench lets the cat choose to travel high or low between the litter and main area. The Feline Serenity Suite combines the best features of the the Feline Comfort Suite door with a Stainless Steel cage with attached 18″W litter. It uses the popular Kat Portal as a pass through. The popular Kat Kave lets felines snuggle down on the concave top or crawl around and hide underneath. The play possibilities are endless. They clean and disinfect easily and stack for storage.

Most of the research done on feline housing has been at shelters because cats entering shelters almost always become stressed. Stressed cats can become seriously ill with upper respiratory diseases. The Kat Portal was developed to help facilities with smaller (24″W) Stainless Steel cages provide a more appropriate living area for felines. Research had shown that cats exhibited less stress when they had a seperate area for the litter. The Kat Portal requires you to cut a hole in two adjoining Stainless Steel cages and use the portal to connect them. The portal has a “door” that you can open or close. We require one template to make sure you cut the hole correctly. Learn about the portal..

This active ventilation system provides an air plenum in the corner of Feline Comfort Suite. It gently sucks stagnant air out through your fan system. Scared cats often need a quiet place to hide as they unwind from stressful situations. These lightweight nylon covers fit neatly over Shor-Line cages and have an ID pocket so you can quickly know who is inside. The Viewing Dome is an option on the Feline Comfort Suites. It is a terrific enrichment opportunity for felines to keep them engaged.
